Jesus reveals and heals.
Malulabelle browsed the toy shelf. “A kaleidoscope!” She covered one eye and peeked through the tube with the other. The tiny particles inside created a beautiful rainbow-colored pattern. “Wow!”
To see better, she pointed the kaleidoscope up toward the lights. She peeked again. The shapes and colors shifted. “So pretty!” Malulabelle imagined beams of light shooting out of the kaleidoscope in all its radiant colors. She giggled.
Malulabelle twisted the end of the tube and watched the changing brilliant hues – blues, reds, greens and purples. With each turn of the scope, new shapes formed. Her heart felt like a dazzling pattern too. She imagined the kaleidoscope lights beaming inside her. She giggled again. She shared her thoughts with Jesus.
“Jesus, the little pieces inside look like broken glass. But even though they are broken, they are beautiful.” This gave her a new thought. She prayed again.
“Jesus, the kaleidoscope is like my heart. Even though there might be broken pieces inside, your light shines in with every twist of a prayer. You are always moving in me and creating something beautiful with your love. Thank you, Jesus.”
Fill your heart with the light of Jesus! Ask him to reveal any pieces in your heart that need healing. He can turn your heart into dazzling kaleidoscope beams.
